6.1.5. Alternator
•
Remove the electric wires and the
alternator fixing bolt and then
disassemble the cover and alternator.
•
Remove the tension adjusting bolt and
bracket.
6.1.6. Fuel filter
•
Remove fuel hoses connected to the
fuel injection pump, take off the filter
housing fixing bolts, then disassemble
the fuel filter.
6.1.7. Breather
•
Loosen the clamp screw to remove
the rubber hose and the breather after
unscrew.
6.1.8. Inter cooler
•
Remove the cooling water pipe from
inter cooler to marine gear oil cooler.
•
Remove the air pipe connected to
intake manifold and turbocharger.
•
Disassemble the intercooler after
unscrew the mounting bolts on the
heat exchanger.
